Made from the Sangiovese grapes of the most important vines of the Borgo, in a locality bearing the name of a small commune abandoned by its inhabitants in the 15th century: Misciano.
Aged in durmast casks of 30 hl and barrels of 500 l.
It has an intense, fine and refined bouquet, with hints of roasted almonds and coffee beens. To the palate it is dry and structured, although harmonious and soft at the end.
