Made from Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino olive varieties.
The intense green colour, with bright reflections, matches a fragrant bouquet of ripe olives and a slightly spiced and sapid flavour, with hints of dry fruit.
Like all the best extra virgin olive oils, it is an ideal part of a proper diet, easy to digest and boasts acidity less than 0.2%.
